How To Make An Appointment
You can make an appointment in the following ways:
- Online by visiting the Consulting Room
- By requesting an appointment through Patient Access
- By calling the practice on 020 8398 3141
- By visiting the practice
On the Day Appointments
You can book telephone appointments with our doctors, if you feel that is not necessary to attend the surgery.
Our Appointments System
All patients are seen by appointment apart from the occasional urgent cases.
You may see any doctor you choose, as long as you can be flexible as to the precise date and time of your appointment.
For continuity, please allow one doctor only to follow through on a specific problem, particularly if you want:
- Test results interpreted
- A referral to a specialist
Consultations are made at 10-minute intervals.
It is possible to book a double (20 minute) appointment, but you will need to book in advance.
A separate appointment is required for each person to be seen.
Appointments Running Late
Sometimes surgeries run late due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to keep patients informed at all times, so please be understanding if you have to wait.
Always check with reception if you have been waiting for over 20 minutes without being given a reason.
If your case is very urgent and you do not have an appointment, you may be seen at the end of surgery. Under these circumstances no appointment time can be specified and a wait is to be expected.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible – this may enable someone else to be seen.
